A popular, old-fashioned British brew that unfortunately has become a rarity these days, Brown Porter owes its dark hue and name to the use of Brown malt, which lends colour but also distinctive, delicate notes of coffee and cocoa. Thanks also to its low alcohol content, it’s surprisingly easy to drink

A collaboration with our new friends Donzoko. This has a deeper malt character, a slightly higher bitterness and a drier finish. There's a crisp, bitter hoppiness, a rich maltiness and a refreshingly dry finish. It's fresh lemon zest, burnt caramel and peach ice tea. It pours the colour of an Autumn sunset, hues of auburn and ruby red

Imperial Baltic Porter beer that combines intense, dark flavors with a spicy kick. It features a full flavor profile dominated by notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, and subtle hints of smoked malt. Additionally, the presence of chili and pepper introduces a spicy note that adds depth and character to the beer. It is a full-bodied beer with a high alcohol content and complex flavor, sure to satisfy lovers of intense, distinctive beers with a spicy finish

A blend of beers aged in rioja and bourbon barrels with the addition of Calabash, Pickled Radish, Dried Kombu Seaweed and Tamarind Paste.

Rye malt and Chevallier malt make up 65% of the grain bill, giving it a thick, almost jelly-like body and a marmalade-like aftertaste. Touches of chocolate rye, amber malt, and a hint of caramel malt add depth. English yeast, actually our IPA yeast, got fermented cold to introduce some interesting apricot esters.
