We've doubled both the wheat and oat content of this one for a creamy mouthfeel, bittering comes from Superdelic leaf hops and then heavily hopped with Nelson Sauvin pellets post fermentation. All the peaches and stone fruit flavours you expect from New Zealand hops

A tribute to the Scottish export ale style and unsurprisingly, it’s the malts that take centre stage with layers and layers of complexity... toasty, sticky dried fruit and luscious caramel are all intertwined with just a gentle hop resin coming through in the background

A hoppy brown ale is very much an American thing. The sweet spot with play between malt and hops is a personal thing: some veer towards a cleaner malt profile, some towards the fruit and freshness that the hops bring. We feel our hop levels here are on the low side, but certainly present. Cascade, an American classic, brings pine and a touch of citrus
