This is an experimental fresh hop pale ale using a technique of conserving hops targeting low/neutral carbon emission.

Our Old ale has been brewed with Maris Otter, Munich & crystal malts with the addition of blackstrap molasses for a real depth of flavour. After fermentation we aged the beer on toasted American oak chips for a vanilla note to compliment the rich malts

Leading into a light caramel sweetness and more ripe fruit, kind of like toasted pineapple. We used a simple malt base to let the hops do their thing. The bitterness is clean and long but gentle

A breakfast stout with a gentle touch of smoke, coffee and chocolate. Broken Dream is deep and complex. She lurks in your imagination. She binds smoke and coffee aromas with chocolate, milk and oats to create something thick, velvety and slick.

Malted barley, oats. The equivalent to Table Beer in our range of stouts and porters. Not brewed to 'dry stout'-style, per se, but a stout that is dry. Light-bodied but not thin, with more prominent kettle-hopping and then dry-hopping to add some brightness and contrast to the roasty, biscuity, and savoury character of the dark malts

Our Imperial Brown Stout is deceptive, in that it is not a beast of a beer, despite the ABV. Rather you can expect a round and smooth mouthfeel. With notes of cream and chocolate after the cocoa aroma, then leading to dark fruits, dried fruits, plum and some sour berries. It all finishes with a long dose of herbal bitterness, with hints of lightly roasted coffee

The India Double Porter is a stronger and more intense version of our Export India Porter. Expect strong roasty bitterness, plenty of hop aroma and a rich body. For this iteration we have used Citra and Simcoe hops

Based on a historical 19th century recipe, we stayed as true to the original recipe as we could with this one. You can expect a malt forward, well rounded porter with a dangerously easy drinkability

Brewed with lager yeast, but fermented warm which draws more tropical flavours from the yeast. You can expect a very smooth, well balanced stout with wonderful roasty bitterness
