Deya - Fresh Hop Harvest Ale 2024 - 5%
A Green Hop Beer brewed with Mystic Hops from Townend Hop Farm in Ledbury, fresh from harvest. This year the hops materialised into a delicious aroma of honeysuckle and soft peaches. Leading into a light caramel sweetness and more ripe fruit, kind of like toasted pineapple. We used a simple malt base to let the hops do their thing. The bitterness is clean and long but gentle
