The Kernel Brewery - Dry Stout (Simcoe) - 4.6%
Malted barley, oats. The equivalent to Table Beer in our range of stouts and porters. Not brewed to 'dry stout'-style, per se, but a stout that is dry. Light-bodied but not thin, with more prominent kettle-hopping and then dry-hopping to add some brightness and contrast to the roasty, biscuity, and savoury character of the dark malts
The Kernel Brewery - Imperial Brown Stout London 1856 - 9.6%
Our Imperial Brown Stout is deceptive, in that it is not a beast of a beer, despite the ABV. Rather you can expect a round and smooth mouthfeel. With notes of cream and chocolate after the cocoa aroma, then leading to dark fruits, dried fruits, plum and some sour berries. It all finishes with a long dose of herbal bitterness, with hints of lightly roasted coffee
The Kernel Brewery - India Double Porter (Citra Simcoe) - 7.5%
The India Double Porter is a stronger and more intense version of our Export India Porter. Expect strong roasty bitterness, plenty of hop aroma and a rich body. For this iteration we have used Citra and Simcoe hops

Brewed with lager yeast, but fermented warm which draws more tropical flavours from the yeast. You can expect a very smooth, well balanced stout with wonderful roasty bitterness
The Kernel Brewery - Victorian Mild - 5.7%
Inspired by a vision of a Victorian era mild ale, this brew emerges as a warm, robust, and rich concoction, brimming with flavours reminiscent of caramels, toffees, and burnt sugars. Fruity US hops lend their unique support, harmonising with the malt's dessert-like qualities. The spice derived from our house London Ale yeast imparts notes of bread, gingerbread, and marmalade, culminating in a clean, bitterness-laced finish

A lovely golden ale, light and refreshing with just a hint of spice, brewed using fresh locally grown hops

The result is a bold, complex beer which layer upon layer of roasted coffee, chocolate and dark fruit notes, balanced with delicate spice aromas and a full, rounded body
Creative Juices - The Slinky Vagabond - 5.5%
Being our West coast style American IPA, it is created using popular American hops as well as some more specialist varieties to bring new levels to our dry hopping process. It means our beer is bursting at the seams with tropical fruity citrus zing, but with that characteristic bitter finish that comes with the style

A juicy, hoppy, full bodied lager
Perivale - Veripale - 4.4%
A refreshing pale ale made with honey from the farm
The Kernel Brewery - Export Stout London 1890 (2024) - 7.5% (330ml)
This is based on a 19th century recipe from the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane, which we've adapted and modified. The black malt brings lots of burnt toast, overly roasted coffee flavours, and an assertive acidity. We have started using a little chocolate malt to try and reduce those acrid, burnt flavours, and some crystal malt to bring sweetness to balance the acidity. The resulting beer is dark, dark black. It has an oily texture, loads of rich dried fruit and alcohol warmth, often with hints of leather, tar, smoke and chocolate, and then a herbal hop bitterness on top
The Kernel Brewery - Imperial Brown Stout London 1856 - 9.6% (330ml)
Our Imperial Brown Stout is deceptive, in that it is not a beast of a beer, despite the ABV. Rather you can expect a round and smooth mouthfeel. With notes of cream and chocolate after the cocoa aroma, then leading to dark fruits, dried fruits, plum and some sour berries. It all finishes with a long dose of herbal bitterness, with hints of lightly roasted coffee
